1. Material selection


Select the stone material that is suitable for processing and pasting paper products. 2. Open Blanks


The selected blocks and scraps are turned into blanks of the thickness required for processing. If there is a ready-made thickness of the blank, this procedure can be omitted. 3. Cutting board

4. Rubber replenishment, reinforcement


This process requires special attention to the natural marble material which is easy to break, surface crack, hole and sand holes. 5. Product modelling, coarse grinding, fine grinding

6. Cleaning and Drying


Clean the line with diluted cleaning solution to eliminate any material that affects the adhesion of paint and paper on the line surface.

7. Surface Treatment


The surface has holes, dents, cracks in the "problem product" with the cloud stone rubber filling formation, rubber repair treatment. This step is not required for surfaces that do not have similar lowlands defects. If necessary, to get a smooth surface, you can spray primer.

8. Sticker


Prepare the appropriate coloured paper as needed, from the market or professional manufacturer.


In the back of the paper paint the right amount of waterproof adhesive, the use of professional equipment to crush the substrate to see the smooth surface.


The general use of the coating machine will be printed with natural stone patterns or wood patterns of paper affixed to the line. Require the paper to be flat, attaching strong force.

9. Glue

Gelatinize is the most important process of resin surface sticker products. The quality of the gelatinize determines the quality of the product.

10. Line Molding

11. Sanding Fine Grinding

13. Waxing
